Furthermore, we are searching for a Senior Sales Executive (full back management). Who is willing to join our Professional Oral Care Sales team with at least three years of selling and business development experience.

Expected Journey with P& G Sales team

When you join P&G’s Sales team, you will be able to hit the ground running right away. Moreover, you will produce and deliver to the leaders of Canada’s largest dental distributors and dental service organizations. You will achieve this aim using exclusive research, industry & brand understanding, and real data. Furthermore, You will also train your sales team on how to deliver business plans for respective areas. The use and distribution of Crest Oral-B products in dentistry and hygiene colleges will give you the satisfaction of watching your efforts come to life. Particularly, you help P&G build its business while also helping Canadians improve their dental health.

Important Attributes Requirement for Sales Executive Jobs in Canada

You will need to be highly driven and comfortable generating conclusions from data as a Senior Sales Executive. Further, You should lead change, develop people and organizations, and think critically to solve complicated challenges. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:

  • Lead a team of ten (10) people in the development of their selling and territory management skills.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with dental practices, corporate dentistry, and dental distributors; and
  • Use analytical tools and consolidate various data systems to develop actionable insights.
  • Activate and execute sales and marketing plans across Canada with excellence.

  • You have experience with joint business planning and can quickly identify customer needs to produce winning pitches.

Qualifications for Sales Executive Jobs in Canada

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 3 to 6 years of meaningful sales or customer business development experience
